A Day In The Life Of A Cat

I painted today. We're having hardwood floors installed next month, so we're giving the inside of the house a fresh coat of paint to perk it up. I picked 3 colors and then Greg pick the one he liked from those 3. He picked Grape Freeze. It's really pretty ~ just the softest white you can imagine. Picture this. A tall glass of milk. Add two tablespoons of of grape soda. Won't taste good...I don't think, but it will be white with just a hint of pink. I don't think anyone will ever know it's even got a hint of pink in it unless we tell them. So anyway, I painted the hallway today. Greg was painting when we came home from dinner. He closed the freshly painted bedroom door to have a look at it. When he opened it, our cat Calivn managed to get his head in the way....Grape Freeze cat. Stupid cat. He had paint on his nose, his wiskers, and the side of his face. Greg held him while I washed his face off. I swear, he gets into everything.

Stopped into the Hello Kitty store in Mission Valley. I love that store. I got an ID holder for my campus ID and some band-aids. Yup, band-aids. They are soooo cute. They have Chococat on them. I love Chococat. So now I'm just waiting for a scratch or something so I can use one of them *grin*. They also had Hello Kitty auto sun shades. I was really tempted to buy one for my new car, but I don't think it would fit. The windsheild in my bug is pretty big....I think it's bigger than most windsheilds. If I knew it would fit, I'd buy one. Really cute. And they had Hello Kitty purses. Adorable! God, I wanna be young so I can buy all that stuff and not look silly walking around with it. Nothing like a 35 year old with a Hello Kitty purse. Check out the
