Confucius Gives Bogus Fortune

Yesterday I opened a fortune cookie and it said:

"you are a practical person with your feet on the ground"

What kind of lame fortune this that!? That's not a fortune!! What happen to stuff like "lot's of money is in your future" or "you will grow old gracefully". I think I should write to The Peking Noodle Co. and tell them to get new fortune cookie writer/predictor because the one they have now sucks. They need to get the dude back who wrote my favorite fortune of all time:

"you will get new clothes"

How much does that fortune rock!! I saved it and it's on the wall outside my office.

So I checked out his site and I laughed when I heard his voice on the intro page. He's from India and the accent is thick and he either speaks realllly fast or they have the recording set to play at light speed. So I get past that thinking there is no way this guy could hypnotize me with that voice even if he was legitimate. Turns out it isn't his voice, but it didn't matter. I listened to the voice, watched the dot on the screen...nothing happened. Can you imagine my shock! chuckle
