Welcome to my blog. In the internet world, I am a
little part that exists. Here you'll find recipes, rants, a few history lessons, and general silliness.
I am quickly becoming addicted to the show "Faking it" on TLC. Last night they had a girl who is a librarian and had to fake it as a Coyote Ugly bartender in 4 weeks. They always pick people who are as far as possible from what they want to end up being. This girl fit the librarian persona very well except that she's young and wasn't....well....all wrinkled up like a prune. I always think of older women who are prune'ish when I think of librarians. Anyway, she wasn't. This is one of the only episodes I've seen where the "faker" wasn't able to fool the judges into thinking she was a seasoned Coyote Girl. This amazed me. She did really well, I think. So I blew the ending of that one for you, but you should start watching it, too. It's really entertaining.

So I took a personality test online. After about 5 pages of questions, this is what it said out about me:
You're a Critic! You're complex, thoughtful and never content to skate on the surface. Chances are you veer towards being so analytical and introspective that even positive qualities can seem like faults. The truth is that you have a very perceptive, gentle spirit.
You hate chaos at work and prefer a structured environment and sometimes you feel undervalued by your boss. There's a part deep inside you that's aching to make more money. And that's just scratching the surface!
Am I like this? Really...am I? I read this 3 times and the only thing I know for a fact was true, was the chaos at work thing....it hit that on the nose. I like a structured work environment. But am I analytical and introspective? And I wonder why it thinks I feel undervalued by my boss? If anything, my boss tends to feel like I posses valuable qualities that I'm not sure I feel comfortable agreeing with. And the money thing. I guess we all want to make more money....
Email me and tell me if you think this fits me. I'm curious.
