Self Reflection

I'm learning things about myself that make me want to change. Without getting to nitty gritty of it all, I've learned that I'm not as greatful as I thought I was. This isn't a good feeling. I'm way into my 30's and I should have a lock on being greatful by now. Pretty sad. So I'm working on it and by the end of next year, I hope to be greatful for everything I have...even my job...which I dream of quitting once or twice a week. There is no dream job out there, so I may as well make this one work for me...right?

*Nods to self and says "right!"*

I'm going on a really grand vacation later this year (see September 10th post for details) and I'm already very thankful for that. I think getting away from day to day life for a few weeks will really put a good spin on things. I plan on eating healthy and walking more....that should help promote a good attitude. I want to feel younger...not exactly sure how I'm going to manage to do that, but I'm going work on it. I'm going to find a charity to get behind and donate to on a regular basis. These things are part of my big plan. December 2005 will be different. I hope.
