Give Blood Because I Can't

Last Thursday I went down to the food court at work to get something to eat and was stopped on the way by a woman asking me to give blood to the Red Cross. They had their big ole blood mobiles out there. I figured what the heck and let them drain a pint out of me. I came back to the office and almost fainted and almost puked. That was fun. I had to work hard not to let either of those two things happen.

"Don't puke....don't puke....don't puke....okay, put your head down before you fall down...." is what I was telling myself the whole time.

I should have known better though....it happens to me almost everytime I give blood. I'm just not cut out for it anymore I guess. I laid on the floor with my feet up on a chair and started to feel better. Good thing because I'm taking a digital photography class and the first class was that night. I think it'll be fun and hopefully I will learn a lot about my new camera :)
